2025-2026 Graduation Ceremony Gown Procurement
Procedures for obtaining temporary gowns for our students who will participate in the graduation ceremony will be carried out on Friday, June 5, between 13:45 and 16:00 at the Technology Center MİTAM Digital Transformation Laboratory. In case of overcrowding in the laboratory, groups of three people will be admitted at a time. It is highly requested that you strictly comply with the specified hours; all remaining gowns will be returned on the evening of the same day.
The return of the temporarily obtained gowns will be made on Thursday, June 11, between 13:00 and 16:00, by delivering them to Res. Asst. Tuğba Melisa Güngör Kurnaz in room number 22 on the 1st floor of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences.
The rules to be followed during the temporary gown procurement process are as specified below:
Our students will temporarily obtain the gowns they will wear at the graduation ceremony from the academic units where they study.
For the gowns they wish to receive temporarily for use in the graduation ceremony, our students will deposit a gown usage fee of 200.00 TL into the account of our University's Department of Strategy Development at Halk Bank Çorum Branch, IBAN: TR66 0001 2009 3120 0004 0004 52.
During the payment transaction, the recipient field must include (Hitit Üniversitesi Strateji Geliştirme Dairesi Başkanlığı), and the explanation field must strictly include the student's information (name, surname, T.R. ID number, and gown usage fee).
Gowns will be delivered by the relevant unit in exchange for a signature, following the submission of a printed copy of the bank receipt (ATM information slips are not valid) and the student ID document.
Gowns received by our students for temporary use will be returned to the relevant unit within 2 (two) business days following the end of the graduation ceremony.
No modifications or alterations shall be made to the gown received by the student under any circumstances. Gowns that are damaged, modified, or unusable will not be accepted by the relevant unit; in this case, the student will fulfill their return obligation by providing a new gown.
